Inspired by the feeling of tension and destruction that fall on us, this track is an ambient dub made in a modular synth system, in a single take. It is a preprogrammed material manipulated throughout a performance (just like in (E)species, Se-lo, 2017), and also a patch that varies according to probabilistic algorithms (just like in Six improvisations for creatures and machines, Chant Records, 2020). As new paths open up in real time, according to probabilistic variations, new elements always apear as the performance goes on. The music is created in real time according to these variations proposed by me and by the machine. The synth therefore acts as an organism with a certain autonomy and decision-making power, even though it is not aware of it, just like us humans beings, behave in the electronic world we established around us.
The profits will be entirely reverted to the fire fighting actions in Pantanal and will be disclosed on the artist's social media as they are passed on to the recipients.
